Since 10th of March Facebook will be using only iframe option for the fan pages. It means that you will no longer have an option to create FBML fan page. Those facebook team promises that the old FBML fan pages will stay alive.
Taking into consideration this fact, all new fan pages should be stored on your servers. From one side it is not convenient for the people who do not have hosting but from another one you have the opportunity to create fully functional fan page.
Here are the steps you should follow to work your fan page using iframe option:
1. Download the zip file from our site and unzip it.
2. Upload all the files from “HTML” folder to your server (if you do not have one, you may use Hostfb.com free service)
3. Set up “Static Iframe” from your facebook account http://apps.facebook.com/staticiframe/index.aspx
4. Enter your iframe details here http://apps.facebook.com/staticiframe/edit.aspx
